Refund Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. To be eligible for cancellation, the request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you received. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
